About me

Hello! I’m Monica ShaLynn, just a real girl living in a real world.  I am a Christian, a self-proclaimed fearless, bucket list demolisher who is simply living my best life.  I am a solo traveler on a mission to travel to every country in the world.  I’ve successfully climbed Mount Kilimanjaro with no hiking experience whatsoever, competed in beauty pageants, bikini and fitness competitions since I was 16 years old, and managed to forge my own space in a chaotic world.  My passions are living an authentic life.  I am a native of Orlando, Florida and a public servant.  My life is that of a pretty typical determined woman. I went to college, obtained a Bachelors, (2) two Masters degrees, and I'm a Clinical Mental Health intern studying to become a Licensed Mental Health Counselor.  I have always chased my bucket list, slaying each tasks one by one!  I love a good challenge, but I also love living in the moment. I hope my blog inspires you to live “out loud”, and my journey encourages you to live your life free of limitations
