Hey y’all! Just creating a digital footprint 👣 in case I get tooken!

Wrapping it up and heading home soon. It’s been an AH-MAZING journey! AND…

💕 I used points for this trip. So my round trip flight from the US to Bangkok and ALL of my hotels (Marriott and 4-5 ⭐️) were paid for with POINTS! I did have to pay for the taxes and fuel on my flight. Total cost including 3 flights and a bus ride within countries (excluding food and Uber, tours) $600.

💕VIETNAM was my absolute favorite on this journey!

💕I’ve had a Thai massage once a week. A 2 hour massage cost around $20-$30!

💕I couldn’t do the street food tours.. Nope.. I even had the charcoal pill. I didn’t eat the bug everyone eats when they come here (it sounds like a frog).

💕I’ve learned I’m not a budget traveler BUT I met a new friend and he offered me the opportunity to go bougie backpacking in EUROPE this summer!

💕I did a male revue in Bangkok last night! Whew chile- I didn’t know! 😂😂😂🙃😉 Got my last $40! 😂😂

I thought I would add a luxury (as luxury as you can get) cruise ($150) on the Meklong River to Laos. Afterwards, head to Ho Chi Minh for a few days then take a $23 bus to Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Well when I went to get my visa for Laos, it was denied because I didn’t have a SINGLE PAGE left in my passport! Like… WTF?! I was home for 2 months and never checked my passport!

It made me miss part of my identity… OPD. Adriana was the one of the BEST Admin Assistants EVER..and when I would start to plan an international trip…she would say… Trouble (her nickname for me) did you check your passport? When I was headed to Africa to climb Kilimanjaro…not only was my passport expired but my DL was too!😂 There I was expediting a passport and visa ($600 mistake). Anyway, she kept copies of my itinerary, travel documents, EVERYTHING! She is the absolute BEST!

So this trip will be cut short by a week and I’m having my 4th adult beverage in 3 weeks! I’m sure I’ll have another…maybe another after that…CHEERS!

It’s essential to share truth and honesty, particularly on social media, where my statistics show more people follow my content than engage. While I’m enjoying my self-proclaimed “moment of grace”period, I’ve also felt unmotivated and stuck at times, even amidst happiness.

I can truly say, the woman in this picture is living her life on HER own terms! My workouts went to sh$t during my travels - they always do! But I picked myself up and got back on track.

I implore you to be true to yourself!

I found this sanctuary after 2 months of research. The elephants have been rescued from abuse. I spent an entire day here (you can stay overnight) and it literally changed my life! More to come.

For some reason… I had rough day on this journey and I couldn’t figure out why. I was in tears and missing my dad! This hadn’t happened in awhile. I remember praying about it and going to bed… I received a text from CRO with the sweetest message. It was the third anniversary of the day we took Pops to his final resting place in Georgia.

CRO showed up in Georgia and surprised me. He actually took charge of the Honor Guard… he, along with the Honor Guard carried Pops to his final resting place. Family isn’t always blood, but if anyone from OPD knew CRO… you just know him!
